Okay. Someone tell me I wasn't the only one who woke up to something shrieking outside his room this morning.

[Granted, it was just some birds fighting, but after everything that's happened, the turian is a little on edge.]

It sounded like something got into a fight... but I haven't seen any fallout on the journals yet.

Yeah... because that's the reassurance I was hoping to hear first thing out of my bunk.

If they died they'll complain when they come back. Just wait a few days.

I think I'd rather know what went on out there before sitting down and waiting.

Don't know if it's them specifically but there was a pretty big ruckus outside my window this morning. Haven't gone out to investigate it yet. [And probably won't. She knows how that movie ends.]

And yeah, thanks. I talked to one guy who'd found a bunch of dead birds, so...be on the look out for that, I guess.

I'd say something like, 'how bad could it be', but nothing ever ends up going well after you say that.

Yeah, the universe tends to take that as a challenge, and frankly I'm not mentally prepped enough to see what kind of creative response it would come up with.
